The temple shrine right downtown. The overwhelming smell of incense and the dozens of people stopping to offer flower gifts, fruit, prayers, or whatever else as they kneeled before this idol struck me very hard. These people very clearly worship false gods.

Dha, Yu, Chaen, Fon, and me at the newly discovered ice cream shop. Amazingly, I discovered that this ice cream shop has, get this....an ice cream buffet! Two bucks for as much ice cream as you can eat in a 1/2 hour! I can't wait.

7I became a servant of this gospel by the gift of God's grace given me through the wroking of his power. 8Although I am less than the least of all God's people, this grace was given me: to preach to the Gentiles the unsearchable riches of Christ , 9 and to make plain to everyone the administration of this mystery, which for ages past was kept hid-den in God, who created all things. 10His intent was that now, throughthe church,the manifold wisdom of God should be made konwn to the urlers and authorities in the heavenly realms, 11according to his eternal purpose which he accomplished in Christ Jesus our Lord. 12In him and through faith in him we may approach God with freedom and confidence. 13I ask you , therefore, not to be discouraged because of my sufferings for you, which are your glory.

Unity in the Body of Christ
4:4There is one body and one Spirit-just as you were called to one hope when you were called- 5one Lord, one faith , one baptism; 6one God and Father of all, who is over all and through all and in all. 7But to each one of us grace has been given as Christ apportioned it. 11It was he who gave some to be apostles, some to be prophets, some to be prophets, some to be evangelists, and some to be pastors and teachers, 12to prepare God's people for works of sevice, so that the body of Christ may be built up 13until we all reach unity in the faith and in the knowledge of the Son of God and become mature, attaining to the whole measure of the fullness of Christ.
14Then we will no longer be infants, tossed back and forth by the waves, and blown here and there by every wind of teaching and by the cunning and craftiness of men in their deceitful scheming. 15Instead, speaking ther truth in love, we will in all things grow up into him who is the Head, that is, Christ. 16From him the whole body. joined and held together by every supporting ligament , grows and buids it selfup in love, as each part does its work.
